“I’m never going to be famous.  My name will never be writ large on the roster of Those Who Do Things.  I don’t do anything.  Not one single thing.  I used to bite my nails, but I don’t even do that anymore.”

This is quite possibly my favourite Dorothy Parker quote—next to, “I might repeat to myself slowly and soothingly, a list of quotations beautiful from minds profound—if I can remember any of the damn things.”

Anyway, back to the first quote.

I too am never going to be famous.  But, I will do things.  That I’m sure of (I hope so anyway).  To start me on this epic journey to the great roster of “Those Who Do Things” I’ve decided that a list is in order.  Anal? Probably.  Do I care? Not really.  Here’s to putting an end to the whole “Life ADD” thing.

Pft—who we kidding? This is about as “ADD” as it gets…

  2. You forgot that you’ve watched the Matrix (#120)! I hope you’re not waiting to watch all three before you check that one off. The first one is really the only important one.

      • Well, technically, it’s only one cos we watched The Matrix when it was still 2010. But, I think I can actually cross 2 more things off the list anyway, so that’s three. Perhaps I should say 10 things? I’m flying through this!
